Our heat cut off and we only found out after work, so it was late when we called. Someone picked up the phone, was very nice, and said they could fit us in their schedule and come out the next day. Blake came out and diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue but explained he would need to come back out for a long term fix. Unfortunately the quick fix didn't last, but when we called back they couldn't have been nicer and Blake came back out right away so we wouldn't have to spend another night without heat. He spent his whole evening fixing our furnace and we so appreciated it. A very nice team of people who will take good care of you. Five well deserved stars.
The technician (Robert) was very professional and thorough with the furnace inspection, cleaning, and AC service. We are back up and running with no issue! He took the time to show me the proper way to clean the filters which I very much appreciate. First Call has always been my preferred Heating and Cooling company and this experience validates why. Thank you!
Nick came out and did a maintenance on my AC unit, and installed an air scrubber. Gave me all sorts of information, and let me know of benefits of scheduled maintenance care. I have been so happy with this company and there service!!
First Call was great for our most recent AC install. We've used them for maintenance before but had them install a new AC before the summer heat. Their schedule was reasonable, crew showed up on time, and work was completed within the time frame quoted. They explained everything they were going to do and even helped replace an old drain line that was in bad shape. Work area was clean when they were finished. The city inspector came out and noted he'd seen good work from First Call so knew it would be an easy inspection. Overall great experience and would definitely use them again for AC or furnace work
I bought a home from the 1950's that still was on oil heat (furnace was original). It kept breaking down and I called these folks a couple times to help me get it up and running. It was just old and needed replaced. We planned the project, they dismantled and hauled out the old furnace, drained and hauled away the oil tank, installed a new gas furnace, installed an A/C unit, and installed a smart thermostat. Phew! They were very efficient and professional, it turned out 100% as I wanted, immediately passed all inspections. They even gave us a gift basket, and refunded all the costs of the previous visits to fix the oil furnace! One year later, everything has been working 100% and I've had zero issues. A+ Update: (6/11/24) -- Just had our yearly maintenance review. Robert was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and did a very thorough job of going thru the installation for routine maintenance
I recently had comprehensive work done on our furnace/air conditioning/heat pump system, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The work involved cleaning the blower wheel, replacing a motor, adding surge protection, installing a UV air purifier like the ones used by NASA, and implementing additional safety feature upgrades. While I typically prefer having the same technician perform all the work, the professionalism and expertise displayed by Daniel and Dillon were exceptional. They handled the tasks over two visits, diagnosing all the issues with our system and recommending valuable upgrades to ensure our home system operates efficiently. Daniel and Dillon were both extremely professional and great to work with. They communicated clearly, worked diligently, and ensured everything was done to the highest standards. I highly recommend this company, and these two technicians in particular, for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction. If you need any HVAC work done, Daniel and Dillon are the ones to call!
First Call responded quickly to my call. The service tech, Scott, was courteous, friendly and VERY helpful. He carefully checked the air conditioner and entire system and made sure that everything was working well. He spent extra time checking into warranties for us, and explaining options for maintaining and upgrading our system. I will certainly continue to work with this company, and can highly recommend them!
