Corey Green, who was my technician today, did an outstanding job servicing my furnace. He took the time to answer any questions I might have about my unit, and he even, in simple, non-technical language, explained the workings of my furnace, so if there ever was a problem, I might be able to better describe the problem to First Call. This would also make the technician's job easier to come better prepared if they have an idea from me, the customer, what the issue might be. Also, Corey took the time to show me how to set my thermostat to the daytime and evening temperatures I wanted. This was important for me so I can be more energy efficient with my heat, my thermostat and furnace. Thank you Corey for your excellent customer service today!
The team of Jason, Nathan and Joe did a great job installing our new gas furnace. First Call took care of everything for us and made the process easy. They were efficient and did a great job and paid attention to detail. They did a wonderful clean up job. Love that every thing was explained even when I had small questions. The city inspector passed the furnace with flying colors and he commented on what a great job they had done.
l am not always your best or happiest customer regarding oil purchasing/delivery. However I have never been disappointed with any service call I have had. So pleased with the courtesy in the appointment booking, the follow-up reminder call and most of all the call letting me know Corey was on his way. He is a delightful person but more than that he explained everything to me as he did the routine workup on my furnace I am always hesitant about having workmen in my home but this was my second appointment with him and I no longer will worry about calling if I need help. Thank him for me and again the service was more than satisfactory. Hopefully I will have no need for his service until my next yearly checkup.
Corey came by due to our furnace not working. The ladies answering the calls are always alert and try to get us service right away. This was a late morning call and they fit us in the same day! Corey was friendly, attentive and polite. He wasn't in a rush or impatient. He could have easily said due to the work needed on our furnace to call and make a future appt. He let us know the cost upfront and explained how to keep our old furnace running in top condition. ( Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need w/ scare tactics) I'm so glad we are in the area to use First Call. I've always had excellent service when calling and scheduling. The staff (drivers) including Alton. Always give great advice and tips on how to save and keep our equipment in good condition. I highly recommend First Call.
