Q. Do you SELL heating and cooling equipment?
A. Yes!    We install Oil Furnaces, Gas Furnaces, Electric Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Boilers, Hot Water Heaters (oil and gas - with new equipment installations), free standing oil and gas stoves, and both propane, electric or natural gas fireplace inserts. Our professionally trained staff of Comfort Consultants will survey your home or business and with your help design a new indoor comfort system, customized to your needs.

Q. Do you SELL products to improve indoor air quality?

A. First Call sells a complete line of air filtration products from Honeywell and Trane to make indoor air fresher and healthier, especially for those with asthma or allergies. We carry electronic air cleaners and other products which can filter out most airborne pollens, dust particles, dust mites, and molds. In addition, we offer professional duct cleanings which can remove dust, debris and other particles from your duct work. Q. Do you install new thermostats?

A. Yes! Our programmable thermostat is very popular because it can save you money on heating costs and provide you with a comfort level to compliment your lifestyle. It will adjust the temperature automatically according to your needs - providing an optimum comfort level when you first wake up, when you return from a busy day or while you sleep. And, it's easy to program!

Q. What kinds of WARRANTIES come with a new equipment purchase?

A. All of our installations are backed with our Satisfaction Guarantee and our Ten Year Workmanship Warranty. Basically, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with our products and services, and the heating, ventilating or air conditioning equipment we install will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date we complete the installation or repair of such products. Our Ten Year Workmanship Warranty states "In the unlikely event there is a defect or flaw in our workmanship during the first ten years after we install your heating or cooling system, First Call Heating & Cooling will repair or replace the affected part of that system and/or installation. For more specifics about our guarantees, please give us a call. Between our Satisfaction Guarantee and our Ten Year Workmanship Warranty , you can't go wrong! In addition, many of the equipment manufacturers today offer Extended Warranties that cover both parts and labor. These Extended Warranties can provide you with 10 years of extended coverage.

Q. Do you offer CONSUMER FINANCING?
A. Yes!    We offer several avenues of consumer financing. If you are a First Call Heating & Cooling auto-fill customer and install a new oil furnace we offer 24 month interest free financing for that installation. Budget plans are available to support your oil usage.
